IROPRINT™ R PU resins

IROPRINT R resins are a range of one-component (1K), polyurethane-based liquid resins with an extended pot life.

ADVANTAGES

Combining a long pot life with quick cure capabilities, IROPRINT R resins are easy to work with and can be used to print products that are soft and flexible, yet incredibly durable.

IROPRINT™ P powders

IROPRINT P powders are a line of high performance, cost effective TPU powders designed for use with HSS and SLS printing techniques.

  • High Speed Sintering (HSS)
  • Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

ADVANTAGES

Fast, scalable and easy to use, IROPRINT P powders fuse together quickly and accurately, using heat or laser energy – enabling the production of complex designs.

  • Results that are flexible and elastic, yet tough and strong due to full fusibility
  • Easy printing due to a wide sintering window and good powder flowability
  • Consistent performance on both industrial printers and desktop printers
  • Very good surface finish
  • Very good chemical, weathering and abrasion resistance
  • Low temperature performance due to low Tg

IROPRINT™ F filaments

IROPRINT F filaments are a collection of cost effective, high performance TPU filaments available in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameter, custom colors, custom spool sizes and polyester-based or polyether-based formulations for applications that require high hydrolysis resistance.

  • Fused Filament Fabrication  (FFF)

ADVANTAGES

Extruded to have a consistent diameter, IROPRINT F filaments are free flowing, meaning objects can be built up layer by layer, quickly and efficiently.

  • Easy printing due to consistently high filament quality
  • A fast outcome due to low friction and fast recrystallization
  • Consistent results on industrial printers and desktop printers
  • End products that are flexible and elastic, yet tough and strong - 78 to 98 Shore A
  • Very good chemical, weathering and abrasion resistance
  • Low temperature performance
  • High adhesion
  • Low warping

Our softest IROPRINT F grade offers good flexibility and elasticity combined with good mechanical properties. Due to the shore hardness of our softest grade, the use of a direct drive feed is recommended. The use of Bowden systems is not recommended.
